Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We offer international shipping via DHL Express.
Where is my order?
We know you can't wait to receive your order, so we will notify you when your order ships via email. You can also see the current status of your order here. You should expect your order to arrive in 2-7 Business days.
Can I cancel my order?
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders.
Where can I find product sizing information?
Product sizing varies between different styles. Product size information can be found toward the bottom of each product detail page. Sizing is displayed in both inches and cm for international convenience and is always measured with the item laying flat.
How do I make an exchange?
If the product is unworn and in new condition with the tags attached and order period did not exceed a week, we will be more than happy to assist you. Please contact our customer service team via email so that they can work to process an exchange for you.
What is your refund/returns policy?
We currently do not accept returns unless the item you purchased is defective.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at support@xbrive.com with details of the product and the defect and we will try our best to work it out with you.
